RETURN/REFUND POLICY
While all sales are final, you do have 72 hours to reach out if you are NOT satisfied with your arrangement. In the case that you are not satisfied we will do our very best to understand why and if it is a reasonable request we can grant. Please understand we are unable to give a refund due to the goods sold and the cost of labor that was already completed.

As you know with everything right now, availability is still difficult with the supply chain. We will have plenty of beautiful flowers available. Due to limited product and High Demand, substitutes must be accepted on Fresh Blooms, Greenery, Plants and Containers. As always, we will do our best to recreate the pictured item that you choose, we will use that as an inspiration and fill to value. If pictured item is NOT available the second choice will be a Designers Choice appropriate to occasion, style and value. Placing orders early can help but doesn't guarantee.
If you want a delivery for a certain time you will need to let us know the time in the special instructions.
